Developing and Distributing Private-Branded Product Lines:
Matrix Management helps leading global companies with strong brands such as John Deere and CNH America offer more branded products to their dealer networks and customers. We work closely with our customer’s marketing and purchasing management to develop, source and bring to market private-branded lines that complement their core products. We then integrate these programs into our distribution and demand planning platform and provide inventory visibility & seamless integration with our customer’s dealer-facing business systems. We also provide marketing support services, working with our customers to help drive sales with product training, POS and merchandising support, online catalogs and print collateral. Brand licensing and distribution to the retail market is a part of our activities in this area.
Purchasing and Distribution Aggregation:
For industrial supply distributors such as UnivarUSA’s global PP&E Group and Horizon Irrigation, Matrix aggregates purchasing for selected product categories for resale through our customer’s branch locations. Vendor consolidation, product packaging, cost control and demand planning are managed for products that complement our customer’s core product lines. Major product categories include safety and PPE products for sale to Univar’s customers in the pest control market, where the need for these products supplement Univar’s core chemical and equipment lines.
Matrix owns and manages an extensive line of unique, high-performance chemical spill response products manufactured primarily from Chemsorb®, an environmentally-friendly universal sorbent. Chemsorb® is a natural, mineral-based material incorporated into a variety of delivery configurations, including pillows, tubes, bulk particulate, and kits. Chemsorb®’s business includes customized solutions and private-branded lines for major industrial distributors such as W.W. Grainger and Lab Safety Supply.
